Planned Broadcast on Giant Ear →
Giant Ear is a broadcast from the New York Society for Acoustic Ecology on free103point9, a New York State-based nonprofit arts organization establishing and cultivating the genre Transmission Arts by promoting artists and works informed by an intentional use of space—often the airwaves.  I have asked NYSAE if I can broadcast my soundwalk.  Still waiting for a response…

Brooklyn Bridge Soundwalk
Project Description:  A series of sound walks starting at the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and proceeding across the Brooklyn Bridge into the city.  I am interested in how a soundscape changes based on the time of day.  I would like to record 13 walks, starting each hour on the hour from 6am to 6pm.
